Cooking with Cannabis (class) hosted by Mary J. White at Dockside Shoreline

Dockside Shoreline is excited to host guest chef, Mary J. White, for a D.I.Y. session on how to incorporate cannabis into your home cooking. Mary is local to Seattle and authored the recently published cookbook, Every Day Mary J: A Practical Guide to Cooking with Cannabis. In this class, she will cover some methods of making cannabis infusions, as well as guidelines for dosing homemade edibles. She will conduct an in-store demo using hemp as an on-site LCB-legal substitute for cannabis.
