What is Dockside’s exchange policy?

We’re confident you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, you have 15 days to make an exchange. Bring all unused product in its original packaging and your receipt back to place of purchase. Exceptions may apply. All exchanges must take place immediately; we can’t give out any store credit.

How does Dockside’s price-match guarantee work?

We will match the prices of any licensed marijuana retailer in King County! The items must be regularly priced (no sale or special pricing), items must be the same size and brand, the item’s price must be verifiable on Leafly, Weedmaps, or directly from the store’s menu and updated within the last week, and the item’s price must include both the WA State excise tax, and local sales tax.

Why does Dockside require me to show my face to a camera outside before entering?

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Control Board (WSLCB) requires camera surveillance in all cannabis stores and grow operations. The cameras record all areas of the perimeter and all areas inside the store 24 hours per day and are kept a minimum of 45 days for inspection by any WSLCB official or any law enforcement officer upon request.  For more detail regarding the law, please visit https://lcb.wa.gov/, specifically Title 314, Chapter 55, Section 083.  Link here

In the wake of the exponential increase in armed robberies, we have added an additional entrance camera and controlled access devices on our doors to enhance the safety of our employees and customers, and to ensure we can identify all visitors. We simply request you remove caps, hats, and jacket hoods temporarily so that you may be identified by our staff. This camera footage is only made available immediately to the WSLCB or law enforcement if there is criminal activity.

Do you carry the same products at all stores?

Not entirely. While there is certainly a lot of crossover between the brands/products carried at all of our stores, the inventory is not exactly the same. Product availability is dependent on the unique wants and needs of the neighborhoods around each store. Please visit your preferred store’s online menu to shop for specific products.

Does your online menu reflect accurately what is currently in stock?

Our online menus are updated automatically several times a day, so they are always as up-to-date as possible. We may have some items that sell quickly due to popular demand, and items of which we only have a very low quantity do not appear on our online menu – so if you have your heart set on a specific item, please feel free to call the location you’d like to order from to confirm availability.

Can I place product on hold?

Absolutely – our staff will be happy to set something aside for you! We will hold items until the store closes that day, and will work on a case-by-case basis with longer product holds for medical patients. While you can call the store to set items aside, online pre-ordering is the best way to go – you can check out our menus here!

Can I get cannabis delivered from Dockside?

It is currently illegal for any licensed cannabis retailer to deliver & ship product, or to accept any form of payment for product off of the premises. We welcome you to pre-order online to skip the line at the store!

Where should I park when I visit Dockside?

Each of our locations has free parking available, including wheelchair-accessible parking spots.

Do you accept medical cannabis authorizations from other states?

We are always happy to serve patients from any location, but are legally unable to discount purchases for medical patients visiting us from other states.
